About David
Meet David Webb, The No Money Millionaire™
I'm David Webb, a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and author. I didn't start with wealth, connections, or a roadmap. I learned by doing, making mistakes, solving problems, and finding ways forward when the obvious resources weren't available.
Over the years, I've built a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio using creative financing, seller financing, private capital, partnerships, and value-add strategies. I've acquired and operated everything from single-family homes to multifamily and commercial properties.
Those experiences became the foundation for No Money Millionaire. My focus today is helping people understand that lack of capital does not have to mean lack of opportunity. Real estate is not just about how much money you have. It is about learning to recognize opportunities, structure deals, solve problems, and take action.
I Learned to Find a Way Forward
I didn't build my life or my real estate portfolio by always having the resources I needed. More often, I had to figure out what could be done with what was available.
That meant learning to look beyond the obvious answer. If I didn't have the money, I had to find another way to structure the deal. If conventional financing didn't work, I had to understand what the seller needed, find capital, build a partnership, or create another solution that made sense for everyone involved.
That way of thinking eventually became the foundation of the No Money Method™. It isn't about pretending money doesn't matter. It's about refusing to assume that not having the money yourself means the opportunity is impossible.
REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCE
Turning the Approach Into Real Estate
That approach eventually became central to how I invest in real estate. Instead of beginning with how much money I had available, I learned to begin with the opportunity, understand the problem, and determine how the pieces could be put together.
Over the years, I've acquired and operated single-family homes, multifamily properties, commercial real estate, value-add projects, and renovation opportunities. I've used seller financing, private capital, partnerships, conventional financing, and creative deal structures depending on what the opportunity required.
Some deals worked exactly as planned. Others required adjustments, additional capital, difficult decisions, and lessons I would not have learned from a course or a book. That experience is what I bring to No Money Millionaire today.

THE JOURNEY
Started With Nothing. Learned the Hard Way.
I didn't come from money, and I didn't have a roadmap showing me how to build wealth. I started young, made mistakes, took some wrong turns, and learned a lot of lessons the hard way.
What I did learn was how to keep moving forward. I learned to solve problems, recognize opportunities, work with the resources available to me, and become willing to do things differently when the conventional path wasn't working.
Over time, those lessons became part of how I approached business and eventually real estate. I learned how to acquire properties, structure financing, work with private capital, renovate assets, and build value.
What started with very little eventually became a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio. The path wasn't perfect, but the experience gained along the way is what shaped the way I invest and the principles behind No Money Millionaire™ today.
WHAT I BELIEVE
Wealth Starts With How You See Opportunity
RESOURCEFULNESS
You may not control the resources you start with, but you can learn to recognize and use the resources available around you.
CREATIVE THINKING
The obvious way to finance or structure a deal is not always the only way. Learn to look for solutions before deciding something cannot be done.
ACTION
Knowledge matters, but eventually you have to act. Experience is built by evaluating opportunities, making decisions, and doing the work.
MY MISSION
Helping Others Take the First Step
No Money Millionaire grew out of the lessons I've learned building businesses, investing in real estate, making mistakes, solving problems, and finding opportunities when the obvious resources weren't available.
Today, my goal is to help other people see possibilities they may have overlooked and understand that getting started in real estate does not necessarily begin with having a large amount of their own capital. It begins with learning how deals work, how opportunities are structured, and how to take informed action.
If you're trying to figure out how to make your first move, that's why I wrote The No Money Millionaire™.
